Diasporic Indian Women Writers: Quest for Identity in Short Stor
The category called “Indian diaspora” has been used in academic discourse. Much, al-most all of the diasporic literature that gets published and gets attention is written in English. Literature in Indian languages written by diasporic people is often neglected. The present book is interdisciplinary and comparative in nature that brings in insights from disciplines like sociology and diasporic studies with an exploratory study of Indian women writers writing in Telugu and English in the United States of America.
